This Procedure has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia regulating the securities market, the regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and the Company’s Charter, and regulates the cases of conducting an audit of the financial and economic activities of “ROQ Capital” OJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company), the scope of such audit, and the procedures for selecting and approving the person conducting the audit.
