  To open a brokerage account, you need to:

• What documents are required to open a brokerage account?

  The required documents depend on the type of applicant

   

  For Individuals
    - Passport or other valid identification document of the prospective account holder
    - Social security number or equivalent (if applicable)
    - Completed account opening application form
    - Document confirming the legal source of funds
    - Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming residence)

   

  For Legal Entities
    - Account opening application
    - Copy of the charter or other incorporation document
    - Copy of the state registration document
    - Taxpayer identification number (or equivalent)
    - Document confirming the authority of authorized persons (appointment document, power of attorney, or equivalent)
    - Proof of residential address of the Director and Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (UBO)
    - Information and documents for For Authorized Persons and UBOs
    - Latest audited financial statements (if applicable)
   

• How long does it take to open an account?

  - If the account application is submitted via the mobile application and all required information and documents are provided, the account will be opened within 1 business day.
  - For legal entities, the account opening process may take up to 3 business days.
   

• Are the services available for non residents?

  Yes. If a non-resident meets the criteria established by the compliance regulations, they may become a client.

   

• How can a non-resident of Armenia open an account?

  To open an account as a non-resident of Armenia, you need to:

  • Provide identification document

  • Submit tax ID

  • Complete the application form

• How to deposit funds into a brokerage account?

  You can fund your brokerage account via bank transfer.
